All of our Athletes MUST have an updated physical BEFORE we leave for NCA Camp on Monday, June 2nd. 

All current physicals expire on April 15th, per UIL guidelines.

PLEASE make sure your Athlete's physical is completed after April 15th and submitted by May 15th.

Physical forms will be provided.

Signature required by BOTH parent and student.
