The 2025 Texas high school football season kicks off Thursday with the Shoal Creek Showdown presented by Legacy Turf and Greens at 7:30 p.m. on KBVO. The yearly rivalry game features the Anderson Trojans and McCallum Knights.
Before the football teams battle it out at House Park, each school will battle in a school spirit competition on Thursday morning. Squads from each school will decorate the opposing ends of House Park, with the winner decided by the poll below. Anderson High School swept the competitions last year, winning the spirit competition and the game, 57-40.

Ticket Purchases for Home Games and Parking for Events
Please park in the north parking lot located off of Cima Serena Dr. Street parking is also permitted.

For events held inside the te school's gymnasium, please enter through the north courtyard gate, marked with the red arrow. No other entrances will be available.

For events taking place on the turf field, follow the red arrow along Cima Serena Dr. This path is for walking only, do not drive down this road. Vehicles parked in this area will be towed.
